The house is located in Plouguiel, coastal town of Gorse Coast, renowned for its superb views, its wild coast and hiking at a place called Calvary, just not Tréguier medieval town with all amenities. 

In a radius of 15 km, Paimpol and discover its beautiful harbor, Lannion and half-timbered houses, Perros-Guirec, famous seaside resort at the beginning of the century for its pink granite coast and random paths, beaches and points stunning views await you.

The house is also on the GR 34 for hikers and other paths were marked out on the town Plouguiel.Many renowned gardens (labeled "remarkable gardens") await you around Kerlilou.

In all seasons, for those who are interesting because in January the mimosa and camellias are already there.
